The Theater Lab operates as a plug-and-play framework, where spatial infrastructure, content, and interaction are designed as modular components that can be assembled, reconfigured, and scaled across programs. 

 

Through a user-centered lens, the project prioritizes adaptability, legibility, and continuity across the visitor journey—supporting workshops, performances, and public engagement while enabling cross-disciplinary collaboration. Experience emerges not from a fixed narrative, but from the orchestration of flexible parts within a coherent system.
